1. Transit Damage or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if an incorrect product was delivered, we will accept a return. In such cases:
Please record an unboxing video upon receiving the product.
The product must be returned to us before we proceed with a replacement or refund.
Replacement will be subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued within 2-3 working days via the original payment method once the return Tracking id is shared.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
The following cases do not qualify for a return or refund:
Handmade Variations: Our products are handmade and may have slight irregularities or variations, especially when using natural stones.
Color Differences: We photograph products in natural lighting, but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
